1. Who you are agreeing with

This website is operated by QQ Studio Inc. (“QQ Studio”, “we”, “us”), a Delaware corporation. By using qqstudio1.com you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. What this site is

It is a marketing site. Everything on it — service descriptions, past work, pricing language, timelines — is information, not an offer, a quote, or a contract. Nothing here obliges us to provide services, and nothing here obliges you to buy them.

If you hire us, the work is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both sides. Where that agreement and this page disagree, that agreement wins for everything to do with the work.

3. Using the site

You agree not to:

• Copy, republish, scrape or mirror the site or its content for your own commercial use.
• Use it to break the law, infringe anyone’s rights, or harass anyone.
• Interfere with it — probing for vulnerabilities, circumventing the rate limit on the contact form, submitting automated or bulk enquiries, or introducing malicious code.
• Attempt to access anything on our systems you have not been given access to.

We may block access to anyone doing these things, without notice and without having to explain ourselves.

4. What you send us

When you submit the contact form you confirm the details are accurate and that you are entitled to give us the contact information you enter. You are asking us to reply, so you consent to us contacting you at the email or phone number provided. You can tell us to stop at any time and we will.

Please do not send confidential, privileged or sensitive material through the form. It reaches us as ordinary email, and we cannot treat an unsolicited submission as confidential.

5. Our content, and our clients’

The design, code, text, layout and marks on this site belong to QQ Studio and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view the site and share links to it. You may not reuse any part of it commercially without our written permission.

The client work shown here is a separate matter: those websites, brands, logos, menus and photographs belong to the restaurants they were made for, and appear here with permission as examples of our work. Nothing on this page gives you any right to use them.

6. Results and testimonials

Where this site describes what a project achieved for a restaurant, that is a record of what happened for that restaurant. It is not a prediction, a benchmark or a promise about what would happen for you. Testimonials are the genuine words of the people credited, and reflect their own experience.

7. Links to other sites

Where we link out — to a client’s site, a directory listing, a social profile — we do not control what is there and are not responsible for it. Following a link is your own decision, and that site’s own terms and privacy policy apply once you arrive.

8. The site is provided as is

We put real effort into keeping this site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, and we do not warrant that the information on it is complete or current.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, QQ Studio and its officers, employees and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of your use of this site — whether the claim is framed in contract, tort or anything else, and even if we were told such damages were possible.

Our total liability arising from your use of this site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, in which case they apply to you only as far as that jurisdiction permits. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Indemnity

If your misuse of this site, or your breach of these terms, causes a claim against us, you agree to cover the resulting costs, including reasonable legal fees.

11. Changes

We may change the site at any time, including removing parts of it. We may also revise these terms; the effective date at the top will change when we do, and continuing to use the site after that means you accept the revision. If a change is significant we will say so rather than rely on the date alone.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from them or from your use of this site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you agree to those courts having jurisdiction over you.

If any provision here is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force and that provision is narrowed only as far as needed.
